| If Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson has his way, no one in the city will have to be tethered to the wall to go online. In his State of the City address Thursday, Jackson threw his support behind a plan to make "wi-fi" available across all of Cleveland. And fortunately a lot of the necessary know-how and infrastructure is already in place.
