Cleveland Has a New Redevelopment Plan

| A program utilizing customized re-development plans for each of Cleveland's neighborhoods was unveiled a city hall today. Mayor Frank Jackson says the plan is not a flashy, single, big project that promises to turn the city around. He says the five-year strategic plan will stabilize the city by starting with each neighborhood.
