| Council members in Cleveland are hoping to pass a piece of legislation tonight (Monday) that will provide some help to small business owners hurt by on-going construction along Euclid Avenue. The Euclid Corridor transportation project won't be finished until the end of next year and already some restaurants have gone out of business. But local shopkeepers say a low-interest loan program to help them keep their businesses afloat isn't exactly the help they had in mind. |
