| If you often feel like you don't have any sway in community decisions,
people with the group "Voices and Choices" want to give you a new experience. They've set up a website where you can can learn about some of the big issues facing Northeast Ohio. Then you get to vote for what you think are the best solutions. But there's a catch: the website forces you to stay within the community's budget.
