City Council Approves Flats Development Project

| Cleveland City Council has approved more legislation that will move a major Flats re-development project forward. The city is a partner with developer Scott Wolstein who wants to build a 225-million dollar residential and retail development on the east bank. Before last night's vote, council held a hearing on the legislation. |
