Gambling Proponents Want To Help Higher Education

| Backers of expanded legalized gambling in Ohio are back with another proposal they hope to put onto the November ballot....and this time, they have a potentially popular sales pitch. That's because, under their latest plan, some of the gambling profits would be channeled to college scholarships. |
