Consumers throughout Ohio are likely opening their credit card bills this month to an unpleasant surprise. Customers who carry balances on their cards could be facing much higher payments due to federal changes in credit laws. The Ohio Better Business Bureau's Joan Coughlin explains customers have a lot of questions about the expensive plastic.
