Thursday, April 1, 2004

The rate of child abuse cases in Ohio doubled over just a three-year period between 1999 and 2002. A federal government report ranks Ohio 9th in the nation in that sad category. Ohio's economy isn't helping much, even as those fighting abuse are trying to reduce the toll of child abuse.
