Ohio May Toughen Seat Belt Law
Bill would allow police to pull drivers over for not wearing seat belt.

The debate is revving up over a proposal to toughen enforcement of Ohio's mandatory seat belt law. Backers of the idea bussed key state legislators to Ohio's transportation research center in East Liberty yesterday to witness a crash test, showing how effective seat belts are. But it is not clear the dramatic demonstrations changed any minds.
