Ohio Inspector General says Tongren Guilty of Wrong-doing

Ohio's former consumer watchdog is deep in the doghouse today. Ohio's Inspector General reports he found evidence of wrongdoing by ex-Ohio Consumers Counsel Robert Tongren.
