Ohio's Consumer Counsel says SBC, the former Ameritech, is trying to esacpe its responsibility to over 2-milion Ohio customers, and is asking the Public Utilities Commission to reject a proposal to exempt SBC from so-called "minimum service standards." Ohio Public Radio's Stu Nicholson reports:
