In this series, we're hearing how urban sprawl threatens to empty out cities in northeast Ohio, leaving behind only the poor. At the same time, the middle class population has been moving farther and farther away to rural areas. Almost every large city in the country is experiencing the same thing, but not in Oregon. The state of Oregon made laws twenty years ago that put a stop to that kind of sprawl, and some communities in Ohio are thinking about doing the same thing. WKSU's Mark Urycki has part three of our series on urban sprawl.
