The Ohio Delegation at the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles had its first party last night - an outdoor gathering with delegates from a dozen other states. Festivities large and small are available all over the country this week but the chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party wants to keep his 200 plus delegates on track.
