WKSU reporters traveled with the Ohio Delegations and reported back daily on their activities at both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions. Reports were downloaded digitally into laptop computers, edited and e-mailed to Kent for broadcast. Reports aired during NPR's "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered," and were broadcast statewide through the Ohio Public Radio network of public radio stations. Those reports and additional features are available through this web page.

Reporter/Producer Kevin Niedermier accompanied the Ohio Delegation to the Republican National Convention at the First Union Center in Philadelphia July 31 to Aug. 3. Reporter/Producer Mark Urycki traveled with the group from Ohio to the Democratic National Convention at the Staples Center in Los Angeles from Aug. 14 to 17.
