Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel was expected to win and he won big.  He says he’s ready to take on Democratic Incumbent Sherrod Brown…and Mandel says he’ll have one message – jobs.  Mandel says Brown is part of the problem in Washington.

Mandel - The lines are going to be drawn very clearly between his record of being in political office since Richard Nixon was President and for two decades and my vision to go to Washington to shake the place up.

But Brown supporter, Franklin County Clerk of Courts Mary Ellen O’Shaughnessy, says Mandel’s record shows he’s not ready for the job.

O’Shaughnessy - He’s a guy who barely set his foot in the treasurer’s office and then set his sights on this office.  You talk about people being mad at politicians? That’s blatant opportunism.

Both Brown and Mandel will have millions to run a campaign in the coming months.  Both already have millions in their campaign war chests.

senitor brown,I just failed for make homes affordable,Ihad a rep. from cccs to help me through the processe only to find out that i did'nt quialify even througt my house payment is 78% of my s.s. check because the lender don't do modifications and will not use a federal program as they are a forigen companey,so the whole thing is set up for the ones that have and not for those who don't have. mrs. henthorn at cccs told me that I had little chance for a modification of any kind with this company. the loan company is OCWEN located in westpalm beach fl.33416-4646
