Weathervane Playhouse finds the dark humor in family dysfunction in the Tony Award- and Pulitzer Prize-winning dramedy August: Osage County.
When the family patriarch disappears into a hot Oklahoma night, multiple generations gather at the family homestead to search for dad as they wonder what happened to their American Dream. The family pulls off the blinders as they come to terms with secrets and buried emotions with unexpected and sometimes uproarious results.
The play contains adult language and situations.
