Here is one of the happiest Northeast Ohio families in Austria this week. Brian Gerber of Sterling has never been abroad before, so when he learned his two sons, bassist Evan and trumpeter Elliot (at left) were heading to Europe with COYO, he and their sister Hayley were delighted to tag along.

This is a really great family! I am SO happy they have had this experience! The boys have worked hard at their music and “two thumbs up” to their awesome mom who has driven them to/from hundreds of practices over the years.

Very wonderful family and the mother at home is a gifted alto and has also done some conducting. Music is important to them.
