Additional Long-term Efforts:

Each May, WKSU is a host of the Senior Experience Program, where an area high school senior spends three weeks job shadowing.

Periodically through the year, WKSU staff members host middle and high school students for a day as a part of their school job experience curriculum.

Assistant General Manager Deborah Frazier serves on Kent State University's Diversity Advisory Committee.

WKSU has increased its diversity resources for posting available positions, as noted in the positions which have been filled.
